Greg sold my house!  In late 2005, I had to sell my home in less than 3 months due to an unexpected job transfer. The market in the valley had slowed to a stop for the Christmas holiday and due to home prices stabilizing after the 2 year climb. Greg helped me understand market conditions, my competition, and how to prepare my home for sale. With Greg's help I closed on my home in 2 months and 18 days and moved without the burden and stress involved with selling a house.
